He is a graduate of Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), Mymensingh, where he earned a B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry. His strong academic background, combined with hands-on industry experience, makes him a valuable addition to the organization. Prior to joining Farmers Agrovet Limited, Mr. Rabbi served at Advanced Chemical Industries (ACI) PLC, where he successfully worked as an Area Sales Executive and Veterinary Service Officer. During his tenure, he gained recognition for effectively translating technical product benefits—particularly functional feed additives—into practical solutions for customers. With practical experience across the poultry industry, Mr. Rabbi has collaborated closely with feed mills, breeder and commercial farms, consultants, and nutritionists. His expertise integrates technical knowledge with market-oriented strategies, contributing to effective sales planning, customer relationship management, and sustainable market growth.
