Haid Group Opens Subsidiary and R&D Facility in Singapore

Haid Group has opened a new production and research & development (R&D) facility in Singapore through its subsidiary, Haid Singapore, as part of its ongoing global expansion strategy. The development, announced on February 4, 2026, marks a significant step in strengthening the company’s presence across Southeast Asian markets.

The newly established facility is designed to support regional food security while contributing to the modernization and sustainable development of the aquaculture and animal husbandry sectors in Southeast Asia. The move highlights Haid Group’s long-term commitment to innovation-driven growth and international market expansion.

In a company statement, Haid Group noted that Singapore’s strategic position as a global trade hub, an innovation center in the Asia-Pacific region, and a high-end manufacturing base aligns closely with its globalization and specialization strategy. Leveraging these advantages, Haid Singapore is expected to evolve into a key manufacturing and supply chain hub serving Southeast Asia, with the potential to support global markets as well.

The Singapore facility is set to become an important pillar of Haid Group’s overseas operations, enabling faster and more efficient responses to international market demand. Within Southeast Asia, the company is actively expanding its footprint in countries including Bangladesh, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos, while Vietnam and Indonesia remain its core regional markets.

Supported by Haid Group’s strong R&D capabilities, Haid Singapore will follow a market- and customer-oriented approach, translating research outcomes into localized products and services tailored to the specific needs of Southeast Asian markets. The company aims to provide high-standard, reliable nutritional solutions to its partners across the region.

On the production side, the facility—developed with support from Singapore Ocean University—features advanced equipment sourced from both domestic and international suppliers. This enables automated operations, refined process control, and digital management throughout the entire production line. The plant will operate in line with international quality and safety standards, ensuring full traceability from raw material procurement to final production.
